What is an Employee Assistance Program?

Programs offered to all Pickens County School District employees to provide guidance with personal issues, planning for life events or simply managing daily life which can affect your work, health and family.

Plan Rules:

  • Eligibility: Eligible employees, their eligible household members and dependent children up to age 26

  • Coverage through MetLife

  • Provides support, resources, and information for personal and work-life challenges

  • Receive up to five phone or video consultations with licensed counselors for you and eligible household members, per issue, per calendar year

Acentra Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a complimentary service available to you through the Pickens County School District. The EAP provides counseling sessions at no cost to you, as well as a wide variety of services to enhance overall well-being and support healthy work-life balance.
